Back to the Basics:

A monthly educational opportunity

  • Getting back to the foundations of better, sustainable health

    Health has become overwhelming.

Every day we're flooded with new supplements, trending diets, conflicting advice, and endless opinions about what we "should" be doing. Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped trusting ourselves and started chasing the next answer.

The Basics was created to change that.

This monthly educational series is designed to simplify health by focusing on the foundational habits that have the greatest impact on how we feel.

Instead of adding more noise, we'll slow down, take one topic at a time, and build confidence through understanding, not fear.

How it works:

Each month we'll focus on one foundational pillar of health

You'll receive:

  • A recorded workshop you can watch on your own schedule

  • Presentation slides

  • A condensed quick-reference guide

  • Practical, actionable takeaways you can begin implementing immediately

  • A self-assessment to increase awareness before you begin

You'll also have the opportunity to join an optional live Zoom Q&A, where I'll answer questions related to the workshop and expand on the material. These sessions are intentionally not recorded to encourage conversation, connection, and learning together.

Occasionally, attendees joining live may also receive exclusive resources or special offers.

AUGUST: Blood Sugar without the Rollercoaster

Whether your goal is improving energy, reducing cravings, supporting hormones, managing weight, or simply understanding your body better - blood sugar is one of the most foundational places to start.

Maggie Sopic, DC

After working with hundreds of patients one-on-one, I noticed something surprising.

Even with individualized care, the biggest improvements rarely came from the newest supplement or the perfect lab result. They came from consistently understanding and applying the foundational pillars of health.

The challenge? During one-on-one visits, there often isn't enough time to deeply teach these concepts. Appointments are naturally focused on your personal history, symptoms, labs, progress, and treatment plan. While those conversations are incredibly valuable, they can leave less time to fully explain why your body works the way it does and how to build lifelong habits.

I wanted to create a space dedicated to education.

A place where we can slow down, dive deeper into one topic at a time, and help you develop the knowledge and confidence to care for your health long-term.

My hope is that you leave each workshop not just with more information—but with greater self-awareness, self-trust, and practical tools you can continue using for years to come.
