  • This program is not a trauma-processing or trauma-therapy program. While we acknowledge that past experiences can influence the nervous system, the focus here is on education, awareness, and practical tools to support regulation in everyday life.

    The goal is to build safety, capacity, and resilience, not to revisit or reprocess traumatic events.

  • Modules can range from 40-60 minutes. My goal is to have information digestible and not overwhelming.
